All vouchers purchased online will be emailed as a PDF to the specified email address. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be used beyond the validity period indicated. The total amount of the voucher will be charged to the credit card inserted at the time of booking.

•For Dining Experience Vouchers cancellation of a booking within 48 hours of your reservation time will render the certificate null and void.

Examples of this would-be Easter Sunday, Ferragosto New Year’s Eve (this list is not finite and there may be additional special events that are not listed here).
